[Shotimes] CCs & CRs

I believe the CR is 10.0:1 for both 3.0 and 3.2. I
think Yamaha managed to keep the CR the same by using
flatop pistons on the 3.2 vs domed on the 3.0.

Not sure on the chamber specs but I have been told
that they are the same between 3.0 and 3.2. I always
wondered if all 93+ bowls were larger than pre 93
