[Shotimes] Turn or Replace Warped Brake Rotors?

Well, if they can be turned (not too heavily grooved), I usually turn them.
Cost is $15.

If they don't last, you were only out $15, and you can go buy new rotors
anyway. This assumes that you do your own rotor changes. If you are paying
someone, just get new rotors.

FWIW, at about 128K on my '89, I had rotors with about 65K on them turned
before my 1st track event at Blackhawk. Cost $10 back them. I figured if
they warped, I was only out $10. Well, they lasted through Blackhawk, as
well as Mid-Ohio two years later, and were just starting to get a touch of
wobble at 182K when I sold the car. I have had rotors turned ever since. In
fact, I like having two sets of rotors, and I get them (he 2nd set) cleaned
up on the machine every time I put on new pads.

Subject: [Shotimes] Turn or Replace Warped Brake Rotors?

Any opinions as to whether I should have warped rotors turned or replaced?
This is on the wife's car - not the SHO. They have ~130k on them.

Thanks.
