[Shotimes] Does a 24mm Rear Sway Bar Exist?

The current rear bar is whopping 21mm, mated with an equally impressive
(j/k) 20.5mm front bar.

IIRC, torsional bending resistance is a function of radius cubed, so for the
sake of science we can run calculate some rear/front ratios (as I recall
John Hrinsin once doing - but I failed to keep the post):

Rear Front Ratio Ratio^3
 26 24 1.083 1.27
 26 22 1.182 1.65
 26 20.5 1.238 2.04
 25 22 1.136 1.47
 25 20.5 1.218 1.82
 23 20.5 1.122 1.41
 21 20.5 1.024 1.07

So, a 23mm rear bar might not be a bad combination with an existing 20.5mm
front bar. It would provide a little more of a "plush" ride, in keeping with
the intention of using this particular car for touring and getting the wife
around town.
