how hard/involved is replacing main bearings? I just got finished coating
the new rod bearings for my 3.2 with Techline Coatings retail version Dry
film lubricant, and I'm really thinking that perhaps I should pull the crank
out of my 3.2 and replace the main bearings with new coated main bearings.
After a few test strips of metal to get the airbrush spray pattern right,
and 15 min of Techlines technical support ppl, coating the rod bearings was
a snap and they are curing in the oven right now at 300F. So are there any
dificult steps in replacing main bearings? Because I'm really thinking that
with all the delays I have put myself thru, I should just do things right on
this motor, or at least as right as I can without cracking the heads off.

If anyone out there wants a set of bearings coated let me know, prices
would be very very reasonable, like $40 for a set of rod bearings, and
$30for a set of mains, course you provide the bearings.
