[Shotimes] Just how fast will my SHO go fo sho?

I've never lived in NJ so I can't say for certain. However, the ratio of
stock/tired mustangs far out numbers those that are well maintained and
raced. Of course, you can still find hundreds of mustangs at events and
gatherings, but that doesn't account for the hundreds of thousands that
swarm the streets. You always have the rim and loud exhaust guys... followed
by the poor, humble enthusiasts' who use their money wisely... followed by
the not so poor, still as humble faster guys... yadda yadda yadda.

If I were given a dollar for every mustang I've seen that was just entirely
bent out of shape, I would've bought them off from the owners to either a.)
fix 'em b.) burn 'em and stop disgracing the name. :-P

Not in NJ. With Atco and Englishtown (not to mention
Island dragway) there are pleny of fast Mustangs in
the state. Yeah, there are plenty of slow ones but the
owners that mod their cars usually know what they are
doing. Quite unlike the SHO, the aftermarket for these
cars has been around for years and it's relatively
easy to know what head/gear/exhaust/intake combo will
knock full seconds off of quarter mile times.
