What makes you think they are dissimilar?  As far as I know, the
transfer functions are the same between all the computers.  And the 55mm
MAFs are all the same as well.

Since the ATX and MTX transfer functions are quite dissimiliar, I highly
doubt that your MTX-calibrated Pro-M 77 will work correctly on any ATX
car without reprogramming.  To be sure, I would first test the MAF on a
stock ATX car and see how it responds (both at idle and during a test
drive).  My guess is that the car will both idle rough and/or run
extremely lean.
