[Shotimes] WTB: TOB Fork Bolt and Reverse Spring

Anyone have a spare reverse spring? It is part number 144 in my 94 helms, I
know Josh's video says sometimes they aren't there, but I see how it works
and want to make sure I have one in my Quaifed tranny going in, I have yet
to seal the case sooooo if someone has a spare one name your price.
 
Also I seem to have lost the bolt from the TOB actuator fork. Anyone have a
spare one of those laying around or can give me a hardware store equivilant?
