[Shotimes] Blend Door Motor

When mine went bad, one or more of the sensors that control the door
movement crapped out, and the door would constantly click, trying to get to
the bad sensor. The tech said that this was the usual cause of death.

Somehow I got it out without breaking anything. The shaft turned freely, so
I took it apart, the gears looked fine, so I put it back together and voila!
shaft is tight again. Hmmm, maybe that fixed it, me thinks. So I crammed
it back in, more baffled at how I did that than how I got it out. Got the
dash halfway back together and hooked up the battery and hit the key -
click, click, click - crap. I ran the diagnostic anyway, sure enough, code
2. Oh well - since the dash was already back on, I reattached the steering
column so I can drive it until the new BDA arrives from California or
Florida. Or somebody offers up how to fix this one before I order the new
one. Thanks for the help, Steve and Joseph.
