[Shotimes] removing timing chain cam sprockets

Ian:
 I would use the same technique as I do on removing the alternator pulley
nut. Use a air impact wrench and two people. One guy holds the sprocket with
a pair of gloves and the other guy runs the air tool. It should pop right
off.
