Well, Alaska & Hawaii don't have it, and don't need it, and.....
 
Don't forget the screwed-up state of Indiana!!  The state has two time zones. the state officially doesn't go to Daylight Saving, except for a few CST counties near Chicago, and a few EST counties near Cincinnati & Loiusville, so Indiana has four time zones starting tonight!!! I call it IGT...Indiana Goofy Time.
 
But, the new Governor (finally, a Republican!!) has been pushing for Daylight Savings. Looks like it will be passed this week, and then Indiana will go to Daylight Savings starting June 5th
