[Shotimes] opal frost

One thing that surprised me about this post is that Royal Blue was
available on SLOs.  I guess I never really noticed.  So I went back and
looked at my 92 brochure and se that in that particular year, only the
"red" color was SHO unique.

So my question is, how many Gen 1 and Gen 2 SHO unique colors are there
altogether?
