I don't think any Ford GT has gotten out of a dealer for under $200K!!!!
Well, maybe Jay got his for sticker, since the dealer can hype that he
delivered Jay's car!!
Yeah, but the guy who paid the $1.5M probably already has all the stuff you
mention and more.....all paid for!!
Look at it this way, you would probably pay $1,500 for a good old SHO, he
basically paid 1,000X as much for that car. If your net worth were 1,000X
more than what it is today......

Yeah I saw that, whatever floats your boat!
I sat there thinking I could buy 40 acres, a 7500 sq ft house, a 2000 sq ft
garage, and any choice of 911/Z06/Ferarri late models and still have a few
hundred K left for the 'ole IRA :)
Saw they Ford GT go for $230k I think? Pretty good investment if you got
out the door for $160k from the dealer a few months ago. 2 of them were at
the last track day here, they sound goofy coming (that '03 Cobra/Lightning
blower whine) but sound good going.
