Is the correct P/N F2DZ-19E616-A or F3DZ-19E616-A for a 1995 MTX SHO?

I've been told it doesn't matter, and they are the same part.

P/N F2DZ-19E616-A is somewhat cheaper though by around $12 and has the same
description.

 

Anyone know which would be preferred?
