Well, not quite. 3% is only 6.5 HP or so. That might add .05 (being
generous) to your times, but not almost half a second. To lose half a
second to a loss of power alone, you'd have to lose a good 20 HP at
least..

To these cars that could be a lot. Depending how they arrived at the
figure it would change a 14.5 to a 14.9 ET.
