[Shotimes] 93 SHO Failed Texas State Inspection

High NOx is typically indicative of a lean mixture. How old are your
oxygen sensors?

The fuel pump will not cause this - the 155 is a perfectly acceptable
stock replacement and will not cause any running or driveability
issues.
