I was hoping you were gonna say this.  I have suspected this for a while now, since it was the only way I could explain the asymmetry in the dial indicator readings.

Yes. When vibration occurs in steering wheel, it happens at 65mph.  But it doesn't always happen.

The only test I did is to "wriggle" the car from side to side on the highway when the vibration occurs at 65mph.  The vibration seems to remain the same though. I have not been able to make sharper turns at 65mph. 

There's no noise or vibration at other speeds, incl lower speeds when turning sharply.
