[Shotimes] OT Radio Agent

Anybody have any experience with a program called Radio Agent?  I downloaded the program but am hesitant to install it due to its country of origin.  Interesting program lots of neat stuff.  I can find no reference to it on Google.  It came recommended in a newsletter and sounded interesting.  Anybody using it?  TIA
