[Shotimes] WTB rotors for brake upgrade

cross drilled rotors are technically lighter and
should theoretically cool more evenly. However, when
pushed to their limits, they will need to be replaced
often. For a race car and a fully budgeted race team,
this may not make too much of a difference. For the
average person and even the most die hard track
enthusiasts, it doesn't seem too practical. My 2
cents.
