Yes,  a real shame for the history if nothing else. 

I always wanted a chance to buy an MG..."F'?  Wasn't that the car they 
sold the last few years?

But they never brought it to America and I am unlikely to import one.

Another great name gone.  Story says most companies don't come back from 
the British version of Bankruptcy.
