Not that I'm saying you're wrong or anything, but what
about the North Slope and Canada? For that matter,
Russia? All of that tundra, and with only so much of
it explored.

I'd say screw the enviromentalists for once, and find
out what's up there. Maybe there isn't a huge field up
there. At least that way we'd all know...
