I have posted the article about the refinery situation a couple of times, but I can send it to someone who wants it.
 
Yes, basically that is a major issue, and with all of the "custom blends" now required, the cost goes up more.
 
For those of us in the 14 Summer Gas-mandated areas, it always surprises me with the bitching over higher gas prices in the summer....DUH!!!
