Here in MT, in the summer (mid May until mid August),
we basically have light from 530am to about to about
10pm at night. This includes dawn and dusk...each of
which can last anywhere from 30 minutes to over an
hour. When the times switch...the amount of light we
have at any given time actually doesn't seem too
different (untill late fall of course...then we have
about 7-8 hrs of sun). Sounds weird, I know, but you
have to see it to believe it. When I was in NC DST
REALLY sucked. DST seems to work ok up here...but I
know other places (like NC) where it really screws
with people's minds.
