[Shotimes] OT: Day light Savings

I should have mentioned, in case you don't read the article that we might
lose some morning shine, but the majority of people turn their lights on
that early anyway.  At night, you have a longer day, meaning you can do
without electricity for lighting for an extra hour or so.  It's not for the
farmers, it's for the money savings.  It also means that you can stay out
later playing with the kids, working on the SHO, etc.  In the winter, I get
home in the dark no matter what, that's not DST, that's shorter days because
of the sun being further away and the earth's rotation.  In the summer
months, I can have up to two or three hours to hang out with my kids and
wife outside, etc., if I so choose.
