[Shotimes] Pimp My Ride

I feel the same way, but......

As with American Chopper, look in the background. You see a number of other
works in progress. A normal rod or chopper would be boring TV for a 1/2-hour
show. The stuff for V is n a short leash to build the tension and fit into
an hour show).

Knowing all that, I' sure that Boyd would still do his normal fantastic work
for a regular job (as would the Teutels (sp?)), but Boyd's shop can't seem
to deal with the pressure as well as the Teutels do.

"unlike the bunch on American Hot Rod"

I think Boyd is doing more of a disservice to himself than good with
that show. He's letting everyone see how disorganized his shop is
now. Plus all the shenanigans that goes on. If I was having a car
built there, and saw all the folling around that goes on out in the
shop, I think I'd probably get a trailer and go pick my car up.
