[Shotimes] CHECK ENGINE On Deceleration

In addition to all the above things mentioned, if the cruise doesn't work,
check for a hole in the vacuum line by the clutch pedal/steering column
joint (don't ask me how I might know). Also if you have a recently oiled
K&N, check the MAF for oil. Mostly pull codes, and then unplug the ECM for
10, and go thru the relearn idle procedure the right way.
