'86 LX had amber signals. I had one. I loved that car! Bought it as a dealer
demo. Towed a U-Haul trailer from Wheaton, IL, to Portland, OR. Trasnmission
puked fluid in NE with a 50MPH headwind.

Ahhhh..... the good old days.

   And another thing.  That car had amber turn signals, which weren't
available in '89.  That was an 87?-88 LX, then '91 SHO plus only item.
Wiring is different from the '89.
   Of course, my '89 has 'em, and they're working beautifully :)  Amber
turns look much nicer than flashing brake lights.
