I have a 94 Probe GT that I only use for road racing now.   The Probes 
handle better than the Taurus but sadly don't have the SHO motor.   That 
would have been a kick butt car if they had.  The SHO motor conversion is 
just too much work.

Good thing is that you can get a JDM motor for about $900 that has about 30k 
miles on it.  They have higher compression motors, aggressive cams and 
bigger flowing heads.

Also, I +race a 1989 Probe at our local asphalt short track (Langley 
Speedway
  www.langley-speedway.com) in the U car class.  Anyone know of a good place
or web site to get info on how to make stock Ford Probes go faster?  Any 
leads
would be appreciated.  Thanks again.
