You may still get the ticket, but then you have to go through the hassle and
expense of proving that the part is legal.

And, if you are a college kid named Mohammed or Pedro, believe me.....it
will happen!!

First, if the mods are CARB approved, and EPA approved, then there can 
be no ticket.  I would think that SEMA would be all over this like white 
on rice (small pun intended).

people, and just have to put up with the others that ARE loony!)  :)
