Does anyone know where in CA law there is a list of what's okay and what's
not for mods? It might be good to see that.
Leaving the legality of a mod to a trooper's road-side judgment is a
standard too vague, like Montana's brief experiment with a "reasonable and
prudent" speed limit. It's an invitation to abuse, and enough litigation
will defeat it.
If a trooper went through my 92 looking for mods, I'd be screwed. Thank
goodness I still live in America.
