[Shotimes] (OT) California Crackdown on Modified Cars

[Devin Fisher]

Who was trashing the STi? My brother (the one that takes all the pictures of
my rebuild) owns a 2004 with 360 horsepower. Trust me, I know what they can
do.

Nonetheless, I can see how they are profiling, but tinted windows are not
going to be the giveaway. Even with a spoiler, most of the people I know
like that just have aesthetic mods. As far as I know they won't give tickets
out for bad taste.

Hey, someone wanted to trash a WRX and I had to defend it.  I've got several
friends with them and I know what they can do, stock or modded.

The more cars you drive, the better perspective you have of where all
vehicles stand to each other.  I try to drive different vehicles all the
time.  If only I could get C&D or Automobile to let me start reviewing
vehicles..... <G>
