[Shotimes] engine bay aesthetics

My hoses weren't cracked so I didn't replace them. The hose clamps were
totally messed up after being left out in the weather for months and months
before I bought the engine, so I threw them away and got standard sized
clamps. They are a bit wider but they fit just fine.

The Blue By U thing I wasn't really into because they were $80 or so plus
shipping for just some colored silicon hose. I wasn't going to pay well-nigh
$100 for replacement black hose that I didn't need.

Besides that, they weren't tested and I have reservations on how they will
work. Stock hose has a spacer that sits between the butterflies and the
runners, whereas the cut ones do not. Either that means there will be a gap
that air can run into between the two pieces of metal or they will be butted
up against each other.
