[Shotimes] holes in pistons

Preignition/detonation/cheap NOS setup/clogged injectors...all produce the
same thing.
Definitely not a mechanical valves-to-pistons issue.

The holes look like metal melted, not like it was hit. The holes are in the
centers of the pistons. So I think George may be right and that these holes
are not signs of valve impact.
