[Shotimes] holes in pistons

Assuming it was a high-mileage engine, oil consumption increases detonation.
Run regular in it at the same time and drive it hard while lugging it, throw
in an old low-pressure fuel pump so it runs lean, and you could burn holes
in any piston engine.
