I think you want to use the stock banjo bolts from the SHO calipers.  I'm
pretty sure that's what I used with my Cobra calipers and Earls lines.

So who wants to tell me that it dosen't work with the SHO lines cause there
is no room for the fluid to flow around the banjo bolt?
 
Does my friend need to buy a set of corbra front lines too? Or can the banjo
block on the earl's front line be drilled out ever so little by a good
machinist? He can mash down on the pedal while the system is pressurized to
25psi with the promotive and we get no fluid flow, loosen the banjo bolt 1
turn and fluid sprays out. We are using HD PBR calipers and the cobra large
head banjo bolts.
