[Shotimes] ASAP: Can I jam a Koni insert in a Tokico housing?

I have 2 sets of Tokico rear struts, all 4 are shot.  With tokico and their
crappy warranty I am planning on just going to a Koni setup.

Info:  For the rears there are 2 lengths:
8641 1288 Sport is 434mm long and 718mm max extension (older shorter
housings)
8641 1321 Sport is 394mm long and 683mm max extension  (longer newer
housings)

Question is, will they fit the tokico housings?  Short or Long?  I know they
are designed for an OEM housing, and I was just on the phone with Koni about
the inserts and they said they don't know if they fit either.

Has anyone done this?  Right now the question is on the rears, but may be
expanded for the fronts as well (my front Tokicos are currently ok, but I
will need to replace them eventually).

Needless to say there is no reason not to go to a Koni, I get a company
discount that makes the price very reasonable :)  I just need to know if
they will fit, or do I need to get an Junkyard housing.
