   When I first saw the rear bumper on one of these, I thought it had been damaged by a pair of tow straps in transit.  Seriously, it looks like a forklift with hot forks came up behind it and goosed her a bit.  After a few minutes, I convinced myself it was done on purpose, as the one next to it was identical.
   And yeah, only one hole had a tip.  I think I'd go with one turndown.
