[Shotimes] exhaust thoughts. Help!

I did that on my 92. Saved all of maybe 2 lbs. It's surprising how light the spare tire 'tub' is. Then again not having the tire
well sure opens up lots of room for working on the rear suspension. If you choose to cut out the well, be sure to add a few ribs
with a bead roller to the cover you install. Otherwise that plat panel will act as a drum. Every time the air pressure changes in
the truck, the panel will pop up/down. After a while it becomes very annoying. BTDT

I had always wanted a dual outlet in the center, but to do that you
would have to remove the spare tire well and put just a flat cover in
there. For a race car though, that would not be such a bad deal.
