[Shotimes] The list shrinks and shrinks

I know I have the brain power to handle anything on my SHOs, but 
I am challanged with body power.

Wonder how you guys handle the 85#+ transmission coming down on your 
head?

Transmission jack?  What kind?  And then to get this transmission 
back into the correct position...

Wonder what the secrets were?
