[Shotimes] (OT) Good buys on winter tires

I Just went through "your neck of the woods" tonight.  1-3" of snow 
actually became more than 6" of the white stuff.

I took me 7 hours for my 300 mile trip from St. Louis to home, were 
as it usually takes way less than 5 hours.

Looks like your gov "Balgo" has cut the snow plowers money!  Several 
sections of I-70 and I-57 had not been touched by a plow blade!
