Yes, I used PeopleFirst.com  They were bought by CapitalOne last year.

Go to: www.capitaloneautofinace.com

They give loans for new and used autos and motorcycles - purchased from a
dealer or person-to-person (obviously, interest rates are higher).

They do not provide financing for the following vehicles: RV's, motor homes,
ATV's, commercial vehicles, boats, amphibious vehicles, taxis, limousines,
camper vans, tow trucks, freight liners, tractor trailers, dump trucks,
armored vehicles, conversion van's and kit cars that do not have a VIN or
title issued.

Armored vehicles?!?!?!?  Where would/could you buy one?
