Yes I know, I checked a map. The point that I used to
cross was a fairly small body of the Delaware so it
never registered.
I know about the Crossing of the Delaware, thank you.
An ancestor on my father's side was a Hessian
mercenary who was captured by George Washington's men.
He later settled in PA (PA Dutch country) after the
war and that's how my father's side of the family
ended up here.
So my ancestors didn't fight for this country. They
actually fought against it. =)
