Well, it's like anything else......

Dave doesn't do the dragstrip, so it doesn't interest him. I used to do
bracket racing many years ago, before it got really serious, and I loved it
at the time.

Now, all I do is time trials (T-N-T), which are OK. Doing DE-type track
events is more fun (as well as more expensive).

But, to "compete" on either a dragstrip or track can be addicting, time &
$$$ consuming, as well as a lot of fun. Just a matter of picking what
interests you. Different skill levels involved, but it's all what floats
your boat.

I've always said drag racing is fun, but road racing is addictive.

Like a drug, only you could probably do drugs cheaper :)
