Or they could just do nothing and make the manufacturers design a better
engine. Isn't that how they did it in the old days? I think the Australian
V8 Supercars are one of the racing classes who more closely resemble "stock
car racing". Heck, they make me want to import one of those Falcon XR8s to
the US.

I'm only 23, and have never been a Nascar fan, so I guess this post is worth
about $0.02.
