We need our own SHO club series.  start with a $500 89 beater that needs a CPS or clutch or something.  

class specs  - 3.2L j-yard upgrade allowed spec 3.0L cams, spec 96 brakes, any sway bar sizes, quaife allowed, free exhaust.  16x7.5" wheels and 225/50/16 spec DOT R rubber.  cage, and go trade paint.  Contact allowed and encouraged ;)
 
About $5k would get in the door and on the track.  season ender at the convention.  points winner gets a shot on Roush's "Racer X"  ;)
