[Shotimes] eBay overseas

GPS receivers; I have bought items before overseas, notably Germany (a $2K
Rolex) and am not necessarily against out of country.  But in this case the
seller said the location was Chicago in the ad, and when I sent him an email
regarding the item, the reply came back in Dutch, and he mentioned he would
be shipping from London.  Also 0 feedback; I decided to bag it.
