We don't know for sure, but if you are on the SHO Forum, go to the SHO
Related topic, and there is some info there. A bunch of threads started
about it, and Chris Archer ("Mr. Anonymous".....Kirk's sidekick) posted a
topic. Basically, the best way to get anything from them is to physically go
to the shop.
