Purely FYI, if you are considering other cars as new daily drivers.
Yeah, this is from the LegacyGT.com forum, so some will rag on me for
pushing the "Subaru Stuff" again, but this isn't about that. I thought it
had some rather good evaluations of other possible rides.
It's a thread abut what other cars folks considered before they bought their
LGTs.
Some rather interesting observations. Yes, it's long, but if you zip through
to some of the longer posts, there are some good personal observations on
other cars that folks considered. Post #47 is good (as an example),and the
link in Post #50 about a long-time BMW 330 owner is also good.
Just anther set of pinions for anyone considering some of the cars I this
size/price/performance range (roughly 425-40K).

FWIW for folks with more time to kill, here's a Poll that I started to give
you an idea of the age range of the LGT owners. It may be of interest to
some, especially considering their ages, and that a bunch of these folks had
WRXs, some STIs & EVOs, and other new cars before they bought these
