Then you got screwed.  Which is part of being salaried in America.  I have
had the same problem, but blaming the union for not letting their members
take it up the butt may not be the best course...

Just a thought.

I've worked mucho hours overtime as an engineer, sometimes in excess of 60
hours per week overtime on top of the normal 40 hours, and it never changed
my income a bit.  Also I never was able to take more than 1.5 to 2 weeks
vacation a year, and never more than a couple of sick days per year.
