[Shotimes] need smaller front sway bar

Confer with Bob Bruce and Mark Nunnally. Because you
have a 2800 lb car, your requirements will be
different. I would consider even smaller sway bars
front and rear (22/26 is fine on a full weight car but
smaller bars should work more effectively with the
same spring rates on a lighter car).
