[Shotimes] Brake bias plugs

Rich;
I would strongly advise against going with an adjustable proprtioning valve
for 2 reasons 1) It's a pain to install - especially on a SHO with it's
diagonal braking system - (LF & RR connected) you'll need 2 valves, or need
to re-run all the brake lines 2) You haven't fully explored all your other
options yet.
All an adjustable valve does is make tuning faster / easier. Unless you are
racing - and need it - don't bother.
Other easier ways you can manually adjust the front / rear brake balance are
a) diff friction pads f/r b) get adj valve working again c) make it manually
adj d) bypass it with plugs e)bigger front rotors f)bigger fr calipers
FWIW: Is? / If ? your 89 is still running a stock front setup - trashcan it
and do the 96 brake upgrade first then put good pads on the front - You will
be amazed!

at least one person who's done it. I could probably ask about opinions on
swapping the replaceable bearing '89 rear hubs onto a '92, and chances are
someone has tried it.

previous '89 (the one that went to Atlanta). When they go, I'll be looking
into better replacements, but likely nothing fancier than Midwest's stage I
(or equivalent). Rears are stock, with sliders re-lubed whenever I think
about it. Speaking of which...

with an adjustable valve instead of modifying the new arms. If it's good at
full flow, oh well. If I need to tweak it, it'll give me an excuse to play
in a parking lot somewhere. And if I drastically change the front brakes,
I'll have the ability to retune if necessary.

hanging around?) :)
